By uploading or submitting content (e.g., guitar tabs, links, or other materials) to Tabtify, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright or trademark laws.

5. Termination

Tabtify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tabtify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

7. Changes to Terms
